By making a reservation or using our services at Loveinn Hotel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion.

  • Valid identification and credit card required at check-in.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required to secure your reservation and can be made through our accepted payment methods.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain rates.
  • A security deposit may be required upon check-in for incidentals.
  • All rates are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or online transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.

  • Standard Reservations: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a one-night room charge.
  • Special Rates: Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. Full payment is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: Failure to check-in will result in full charge of the entire reservation.
  • Modifications: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may affect the rate.

4. Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines during your stay.

  • Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.
  • Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited.
  • Visitors must be registered at the front desk and may be subject to hotel policies.

5. Liability & Property

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and security, please note the following:

  • The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Guests should use the in-room safe for valuables.
  • The hotel is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises unless due to our negligence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they violate our policies.

Loveinn Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
